Do we replace Klaviyo?
No. Klaviyo (and Postscript / Attentive) remain your sending engines. We add the behavioral orchestration layer above them — per-event scoring, dynamic segments that re-evaluate, and cross-stack signals from Recharge, Yotpo and Gorgias that Klaviyo Flows alone can't span.
Does this work for sub-$5M brands?
Honestly — usually not yet. Below $5M GMV, the bigger gains are still inside Klaviyo Flow design, paid-media efficiency and core CRO. We're built for the brand that's already maxed out the basics and hit the retention ceiling.
How is this different from just better Klaviyo segments?
Klaviyo segments are powerful — but they live inside Klaviyo's event stream. We orchestrate across Klaviyo, Shopify Plus, Recharge, Yotpo, Gorgias and your analytics stack, so the segment that fires in Postscript already knows about the return processed in Loop and the ticket open in Gorgias.
