What we build for healthcare teams
24/7 New-Patient Voice Intake
US-English voice agent answers missed and after-hours calls, qualifies the inquiry, checks in-network eligibility for the patient's commercial payer or Medicare coverage, and books directly into Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks.
Pre-Appointment Intake Orchestration
Patients receive structured intake, consent and history forms by SMS the moment they book. Data lands inside the EHR record, not in someone's inbox.
Recall and Re-Care AI
Behaviorally-segmented recall sequences for periodic reviews, care-plan reviews, chronic-care management touchpoints, and clinical-care reminders — running against the recall list in your EHR and aligned to MIPS / value-based care quality measures.
Built on top of your stack
Quick answers
Is the system HIPAA-compliant?
We architect every comms flow against the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules, with signed BAAs in place for every subprocessor touching PHI. Advertising and patient-communication scripts are built against FTC truthful-advertising rules, state medical-board restrictions, and the AMA Code of Ethics. Final compliance sign-off sits with your practice principal, your Privacy Officer, and your malpractice carrier.
Where is patient data hosted?
Default is US-region hosting on AWS HIPAA-eligible services for transcripts and intake data, with the source-of-truth record remaining in your EHR (Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, DrChrono, SimplePractice). All PHI flows are covered by signed BAAs, and we configure data-residency and retention on every component of the stack.
Do you integrate with Epic, Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks?
Yes. Athenahealth and eClinicalWorks are our two most-implemented EHRs for outpatient and specialist practices. We also work with Epic (via App Orchard / FHIR), NextGen Healthcare and Allscripts for larger specialist clinics, and DrChrono, SimplePractice and Kareo/Tebra for outpatient physical therapy, behavioral health, chiropractic, podiatry, dental and dermatology groups.
