By accessing and using Shakan.AI systems, you agree to be bound by the terms defined in this document. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shakan.AI regarding your use of our systems and consulting services.

02. Systems Usage

Shakan.AI provides "Senior-Led" AI systems designed for operational leverage. Our services include architectural design, implementation, and maintenance of custom AI workflows.

Platform Integrity

  • Systems must be used for lawful business operations only.
  • Proprietary architectures are protected by IP law.
  • No unauthorized scraping or automated stress testing.

03. Relationship Management

As a senior-led consultancy, we prioritize long-term ROI. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate partnerships that do not align with our operational standards or ethical guidelines.

04. Intellectual Property

All custom architectures, logic flows, and proprietary prompt engineering developed by Shakan.AI remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in a signed Master Service Agreement (MSA).
